In this project, I have done data cleaning, data modelling, and data analysis using Power BI. There were three tasks as follows:
1. Call Centre Trends
2. Customer Retention

The project involves analyzing sales data from various sources, such as systems, sales reports, and transaction records, to gain insights into the performance of the sales team and identify opportunities for improvement. I have cleaned and prepared the data, calculated key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, sales volume, customer acquisition cost), and created visualizations and reports to present the findings.
This project focuses on conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) of Dineout, a popular online restaurant reservation platform, using MySQL. I performed extracting, cleaning, and analyzing the data to gain insights into customer behavior, restaurant preferences, and overall platform performance. The project aims to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing user experience, optimizing restaurant offerings, and improving business operations.
My main objective is to conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on Spotify's music streaming data using Python. I was responsible for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing the data to uncover meaningful insights related to user preferences, popular genres, emerging music trends, and other notable patterns. The ultimate goal is to leverage these insights to improve the overall user experience, optimize music recommendations, and contribute to the growth of the business.
